Is the glitter from Glitter Creations edible?

Please note that our glitter is NOT suitable for consumption!

Labels

Our labels can be peeled off and re-adhered without leaving any residue.

So you can detach them from the bag and put them back on any container.

Bags

Our bags can be opened up at the bottom so they can stand. This will make working with the glitter easier.

How can I use all the glitter in the bag?

Tip 1: Put the bag in the freezer for a few hours. As a result, the glitter loses its static properties and is easier to pour out of the bag.

Tip 2: Cut open the bottom of the bag. This way the remains of the glitter can be shaken out of the bag.

Where does Glitter Creations ship to?

We ship our beautiful glitter within Switzerland and throughout Europe. For any other destinations, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping and packing costs are displayed in the web shop at the checkout as soon as the address including the country has been entered.  

How does Glitter Creations ship the products

Our products are sent by Swiss Post. Depending on the size of the order, the goods are sent in padded envelopes or in cardboard boxes.

For EU deliveries we ship with DHL / Austrian post 

Can the order be picked up?

Yes, the ordered goods can be picked up on site. Please contact us in advance so that we can ensure that someone is present.

Shipping time

The goods are dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order. If you need an order earlier, please contact us by email (info@glitter-creations.com).

Payment options

- PayPal

- By credit card: VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS

- TWINT / bank transfer: After completing the order you will receive an email with our bank details. As soon as the amount is in our bank account, we will send the goods. 

Can the goods be returned?

My package has not arrived. What can I do?

VAT

We sell our glitter without VAT.

There is no VAT for purchases within Switzerland.

When buying from a European country, VAT is charged when importing the goods. The VAT that is applicable in your country will be charged.

Please bear this in mind when making your purchase so that you are not surprised by unwanted VAT or custom costs.

Sales quantity

We sell our glitter in bags of 50 grams (actual weight) and we are adding more glitters available in 25 gram bags continuously.

If you want to order a larger quantity of glitter, please contact us and we will discuss the options.

We will always try to reply as soon as possible.

For the sake of the environment...

We take great care that no glitter gets into the environment. We dispose of everything properly.

We also recommend our customers not to let the glitter get into the environment. This can be handed in at your local disposal point.
